CONDITIONS OF SALE

Mail Order is originally sent via email as a request form. We will then check for stock availability. If garment is in stock we will be in touch to arrange payment. Once payment has been authorised and processed you will be sent an Order Confirmation Number. Your package will then be sent and will take approximately 2 – 10 working days from Confirmation of Sale for Delivery within Australia.
No refund unless garment is faulty and replacement is not possible
Faulty garment does not apply to lingerie that has not been washed in accordance with our washing instructions listed below

Hand wash in cool water with delicate detergent only * Recommendation Lux Flakes
Never soak, machine wash, wring, tumble dry or leave in sunlight
Rinse thoroughly
Dry by rolling gently in towel and lying flat in shade

A Fee of AUD$ 9 Postage and Handling will be added to your balance for Delivery within Australia
Price of Overseas Postage will be confirmed with you upon Confirmation of Sale

Mail order will be sent by Australian Registered Post – we take no responsibility for goods once they have been signed for and delivered
Express Post can be used by request only – the price is the same as registered post only we take no responsibility for parcels lost or stolen in transit
Parcel will take approximately 2 – 10 working days depending on the time of the year after your Confirmation of Sale by which your Confirmation Number has been issued
